Please be aware that the contacts below are general helplines and are often operated by volunteers who do not have specific training in sexual health or managing sexual attraction to children.

Austria (AT) – 142 Telefonseelsorge
Call 142 – Hotline 142 is available 24/7, providing confidential and free support for anyone in crisis, feeling lonely, or simply in need of someone to talk to.

Belgium (BE) – Télé-Accueil
Call 107 – “Télé-Accueil” offers free, confidential 24/7 phone support at 107 and online chat support from 1 pm to 3 am, with all services provided in French and delivered by trained volunteers who offer a safe space to talk.

Croatia (CR) – Linija pomoći Plavi telefon
Call 38514833888 – “Linija pomoći Plavi telefon” provides free mental health support through volunteers in Croatia and runs programs for youth development, addiction prevention, and disability support.

Cyprus (CY) – Cyprus Samaritans
Call 80007773 – “Cyprus Samaritans” provides confidential emotional support through trained volunteers in Paphos and Limassol, assisting those in distress or struggling to cope, with funding primarily generated from their charity shops. This service is offered in English and Greek.

Czechia (CZE) – Modrá linka
Call 608 902 410 – “Modra linka” offers 24/7 phone support for anyone in a mental health crisis, with additional chat and email options available in Czech and English with the goal to help finding solutions and stability together.

Denmark (DK) – Psykiatrifonden, Mental Health Helpline
Call 39252525 – “Psykiatrifonden’s Mental Health Helpline” offers free, confidential support via phone and online chat for anyone in Denmark experiencing emotional distress, with a focus on suicide prevention, and provides empathetic assistance from trained counselors and volunteers.

Estonia (EE) – Eluliin
Call 655 8088 – “Ellulin” is a non-profit organization offering anonymous and confidential emotional and psychological support through trained volunteers and professionals, including crisis intervention.

Finland (FI) – Kriisipuhelin
Call 09 2525 0111 – “Kriisipuhelin” offers free, confidential 24/7 support for anyone facing emotional challenges, including mental health crises and suicide prevention, with trained counselors and volunteers providing empathetic, non-judgmental assistance. Services are available in Finnish, Swedish, Arabic, English, and Russian.

France (FR) – SOS Amitié
Call 09 72 39 40 50 – “S.O.S Amitié France” provides free, confidential, and non-judgmental listening support 24/7 by phone, through chat from 1 pm to 3 am, and via messaging (with responses within 48 hours).

Germany (DE) – Telefonseelsorge
Call 0800 111 0 111 or 0800 111 0 222 – “Telefonseelsorge” is a volunteer-based organization made up of over 8,000 volunteers. They offer 24/7 support to anyone seeking mental health assistance through phone, chat, email, and face-to-face counseling.

Greece (GR) – 24ωρη Γραμμή Παρέμβασης για την Αυτοκτονία
Call 1018 – “1018” is Greece’s only 24-hour suicide prevention hotline, offering anonymous and confidential support with the option for an immediate meeting with a specialist.

Ireland (IE) – Text About It’ by spunout
Call 50808 – “Text About It” offers free, anonymous, 24/7 support through trained volunteers via text, helping you navigate your feelings and find a clear path forward.

Italy (IT) – Telefono Amico
Call 02 99777 – “Telefono Amico” is a volunteer organization dedicated to providing a listening ear to anyone experiencing loneliness, distress, sadness, or anger.

Lithuania (LT) – Vilties Linija
Call 116123 – “Vilties Linija” offers free and anonymous emotional support to adults in Lithuania via phone and letters, with all counselors and volunteers adhering to ethical principles of counseling.

Latvia (LV) – Vienotais krīzes tālrunis
Call 24551700 – “Vienotais krīzes tālrunis” offers free, confidential, and compassionate 24/7 support to adults in Latvia for a wide range of mental health issues, including abuse, anxiety, depression, and more, with trained counselors available to listen and help, dedicated to suicide prevention.

Luxembourg (LU) – SOS Détresse
Call 454545 – “SOS Déstresse” ensures anonymity, discretion, and respect while offering emotional support for various needs and information on professional services if required. Support is available in Luxembourgish, German, French, and English, with additional chat support provided in Portuguese.

Call 90 101 – “Mind” is a Swedish organization dedicated to supporting mental health through 24/7 crisis assistance, suicidal thoughts, self-help tools, educational resources, and volunteer-based support, with a vision of prioritizing mental well-being for everyone.
