By email, telephone or by appointment, services are provided free of charge by professionals trained with non-judging listening. There is the ability to remain anonymous. The DIS NO team is made up of two consultants who generally work together. Exchanges can be done by email, telephone or, on appointment, face-to-face. For telephone interviews, outside opening hours other timetables are possible on appointment depending on availability. If you contact DIS NO by email, you will generally receive a first response within 3 working days. The services provided by DIS NO are free. It is possible to contact DIS NO anonymously. DIS NO is intended for people who have never committed sexual acts on a child ( art. 187 CP ). The choice to delimit the services to these people aims to differentiate the fantasy from the transition to the act of sexual abuse of children.

The services offered by DIS NO can be used anonymously. People can express themselves anonymously on the phone via a suppressed number. DIS NO does not ask for names or addresses and does not store IP addresses. We are happy to explain to you that the contact is absolutely confidential and that the employees of DIS NO are bound by official secrecy. Exception: If there are concrete indications that the physical, psychological or sexual integrity of a child is directly endangered, the counsellor has a so-called whistleblowing right, i.e. he/she can, for example, make a hazard report to the competent authorities (right to warn according to the Swiss Civil Code, Art. 453 of the Swiss Civil Code). The counsellor may also report situations of concern to his/her expert group.
