About the service:
ReDirection is an anonymous rehabilitative self-help program which aims to help users adopt a lifestyle without child sexual abuse material (CSAM). The program, based on cognitive behavioral theory, teaches users how to take control of emotions, thoughts and behavior in order to ‘ReDirect’ away from using CSAM.
The ReDirection program is suitable for everyone, regardless of age, and using it is free of charge. The self-help program and its exercises can be done completely anonymously. You don’t have to enter your information anywhere. No personal information will be collected, and users cannot be identified or tracked in any way.
The self-help program can be used whether or not participants have a diagnosis; independently or in support of other treatment; slowly in small chunks or by selecting only the ones that work best for the participant; or by returning again and again to content that interests them. The service recommends that participants go through the sections in the right order. However, participants are free to start the program from whichever section they would like.
The service’s goal is that information and help are available to everyone quickly and with a low threshold.
